spectral transmission: iteration 2:: amplitude modulated led; telescope focusing receiver.
"playing" the lights.

scenario: participant notices that an array of starlike leds dot the ceiling of the space (any dimly lit space will do). like stars, the leds twinkle, yet this is not
because of vacillating air currents. each light is a silent, blinking presence until the participant points their telescope directly in its path - connected to the
telescope is the receiver circuit which converts the modulated light into sound again. each light will contain a different message, therefore the participant is
encouraged to try out many of them. the normally invisible phenomenon of transmission through electromagnetic waves is made tangible; the ordinarily
silent experience of looking through a telescope is now imbued with sound and voice.
